This was my second stay in this hotel. First time I stayed in a (corner) suite app. 50 sqm (very large room). The hotel has only (as far as my knowledge goes 8 suites). On the Booked.net website there was only the possibility for the standard en de luxe room. When I arrived there was a suite for the initial period available and for a extra charge they where willing to change my reservation.
Warm water in the bathroom. I guess they use a boiler of simular situation but in this room (507) there was a shower and a seperate bath but .....only for could water.........

The room is big, nice, with good views and comfortable. Breakfast is good and it's served in the restaurant located in the top floor which has beautiful views.
Although the staff is really friendly, they don't know much about main attractions/where to go/shopping, etc.

I like the free airport pick up from the hotel, they use mercedes. Room is clean and modernly-designed. Location is good, near to attraction points, city and Mekong river. Polite staffs and they are very helpful in booking bus tickets for me to go to Siem Reap.
The bathroom wall ain't really sound proof.

The hotel was at a good location near all the entertaiment part of town like NagaWorld Casino and Entertainment Centre. Also, near the Riverfront where there was a host of activities at night. Getting to town on the tutu or taxis was easy and for tutu, they were inexpensive but u hv to bargain.
The room was spacious so it was hard to fault the room. However, I suggest that the hotel management provide soap holder in the shower cubicle n bath. Also to stop the water from splashing out from underneath the shower cubicle door even when closed.

The hotel staff were super. So friendly and helpful couldn't do enough for us. The location of the hotel is excellent less than 10 min walk to the palace and main river area with tons of restaurants and bars. The breakfast was really good. I would highly recommend excellent value for money!

Convenient and walking distance to the Royal Palace
I had 10 pax in a group and I made several bookings. Each booking I requested for pick-up service from the airport. Once we reached Phnom Penh airport we just realised the hotel only provided the service for 2 pax with a Mercedes and the hotel asked the rest to catch taxi or tuk tuk to the hotel and I had to bear the costs. I complained to the receptionist when reached the hotel but the receptionist claimed that I did not mentioned the request on other bookings but when they showed me the booking slips actually I did. Mean they over-looked but they did not apologized on their mistakes but still claimed that it was not their fault and emphasized that the 'Hotel Policy' only provide 1 trip pick-up or drop-off service to the airport for free which did not solve our issue. I just gave up and got my rooms checked-in. All the rooms we got were with bad smell and one of the rooms was not even cleaned up. My bookings were with 30 minutes free massage and they gave us a voucher for 2 pax. I went to the massage myself with the voucher and told the staff that my friend would come later but the staff told me I had to give him the voucher and it only can be used once and claimed that this is their 'Hotel Policy'. I got frustrated and left without having any massage. Hotel provided decent breakfast with limited choices. Overall, we all had very bad experience with this hotel as they did not know how to have good customer service and handle issues but only stressed us on their so called 'Hotel Policy'. I definitely will not choose to stay here again and will not recommend to my friends.

Really good location. You are near everything. And the staff is very nice and helpful. Every request I made was met quickly and with a smile.
The beds were extremely uncomfortable. Cambodia, in general, has extremely firm beds, but this hotel was more than I have ever experienced. This is my 4 trip and 4th hotel in Cambodia, and I almost switched hotels over the situation. The hotel was able to find some extra bedding to put on the bed to make it tolerable, but it was not the best situation.

Rooms are large, new and well decorated. At similar price not easy to find in Phnom Penh (checked a few).
Public areas, in particular the breakfast "restaurant" quite ugly. New hotel, but is not being maintained well. Breakfast is pretty minimal, many items not being replenished.

Contemporary design; large, spacious rooms; good shower, great views from upper floors; very good breakfast bar; short walk to the Riverfront area, shopping mall and the Nagaworld activities; friendly staff; good value for the money;
For being less than a year old, the hotel is still needing many "finishing" details; King size bed was kind of hard by American standards; Small elevators;
